Brilliance

Brillence values honesty. His powers allow him to know when you're lying so don't even try it. He's quiet most of the time but he will no longer speak to you if he catches you lying to him or anyone else. His charge is the Palace of Lights' extensive Libary only researchers can access, the rest of the clan uses the public library.

Brilliance was a frightened hatchling. His world is constantly in darkness. The dark shadowy dragons that surrounded him scared him. However, there were a few dragons who were bright. Those were his favourites. After arriving at a Green Fox for his terrible nightmares, Pollen figured out it was a manifestation of light magic, the light dragons were truthful and the dark ones were not. Brilliance decided he still didn't like the shadow dragons. He was taught how to manage his powers and dragons such as Raven and Nightfall taught him the value of lies in the arts. Brilliance learned to be okay with those dragons even if he didn't like them.

Upon adulthood, he took up the role of a representative and now is an advocate for telling the hatchlings again. He doesn't see the sense in lying to them and often avoids contact with possible reps altogether.

Flight Blessing

In the Valley sunlight filters through the leaves bending its path to hit new seedlings otherwise too sheltered to reach it. Male birds find their feathers more brilliant when they perform here. Rainbows are just a tad brighter.

In the caverns of Green Fox, his gift is far more significant. Even though no true sunlight can reach down here, items have been enchanted to glow like sunlight protecting those beneath from dangers caused by a lack of sunshine, allowing them to see and giving plants the light they need to grow. His gift is one of the most important as of late.
The Light Palace

White marble works nicely with the hanging crystals and stained glass casting rainbows onto them. The roof is made of domes of stained glass or gold-plated roofing. Sunflowers grow at their base. Lanterns hang and on various levels from the roof, the crystals sit around those. The Palace shimmers like a disco ball in the ever-present sunlight.

Inside is a marble room with a library and throne. Brilliance meets his guests here. Though he can't sit on the throne, an unidentified dragon of marble sits holding an orb of glowing light. Most of the floors are just libraries with ornate stained glass.

Brillences room could also be described as a library with extra copies of his favourite books, a cozy nook and a bed and his research strewn across this desk.
