Nobody knows exactly how old Szleyjn is, but her seemingly infinite wisdom makes it clear that she is a lot more than what she appears. Due to her general aloofness, and distant personality; Her loyalty is often questioned by naive, or ignorant clan members, but Njada seems to place genuine trust in her. Szleyjn's encyclopedic knowledge of the cult and its many rituals is revered by many. As a result of her vast knowledge, Szleyjn is responsible for performing most of the rituals and rites.
Under a rare blood moon, Szleyjn disappears from the clan. She slips away during the night where the mortal realm and spirits are closest, in order to commune. She speaks with and shares lifetimes with the multitudes of spirits and demons alike. Though She seems to tread a fine line between the land of the living and the dead, Szleyjn doesn't dare to dabble in full necromancy. She believes that such acts are only for "the truly blessed."
