Nebula typically keeps to himself. He's rather somber from a distance, making him appear to be a bit hard to approach. He is seen by his clan mates as a mystery. He doesn't speak much unless he is discussing arcane topics.

Around Citrine Citadel, Nebula has earned his rank as The Citadel's Archmage. He occupies the top floor of the Arcane tower that is attached to The Citadel. Any dragon within the clan that is in need of Arcane influence (or just a few elixirs) will seek him out, though he is not hard to find as he is almost always in his tower. Approaching Nebula without his knowledge may expose his habit of talking to himself when he thinks no one is around.

Nebula is also tasked with training other dragons in The Citadel who possess the skill of Arcane abilities. His current apprentice is a female Tundra within the clan known as Haeata (pronounced "Hey-Sha"), however her abilities are almost exclusively within the art of alchemy. He most often teaches Haeata in the early mornings or late evenings.

When Nebula is not within his tower or training apprentices, he can sometimes be found visiting Godiva's Hatchery, having a soft spot for the hatchlings that occupy her den. And when not found in either of those places, one can only assume that he has stepped outside of The Citadel, a rare feat for the anxious Skydancer, but he does not wander far from the area.
