Kasraman is the High Witch of the Starlight Court. He is the fall out creation from the clash of the Arcanist's magic and the Shade colliding on the Pillar. Since he is the first of his line he is very self assured, proud, regal, and graceful from being born in the sky. His studying of the wilder side of magic, and his unnatural birth, has given him a very wild aura, bordering on feral. Menandore, his royal consort, guards him when he is in deeper meditations.

He serves as the Advisor to Starvald on inner court disputes and occasionally goes to the Arcanist in her stead. The Arcanist has gifted Kasraman with his birdskulls as a mark of his office, along with the perpetual sakura blossoms, to distinguish Kasraman as the Advisor and High Witch. Occasionally he will eat a petal while mulling over arcane formulae, much to the Arcanist's dismay.
