Prologue - Kingdom of Ascension
Zipping and zooming, where will the wind take me?
The Fount of TravelersThe wind took me to the Gladekeeper's territory, to a beautiful garden called the Fount of Travelers! The flowers surprised and amazed me, and I plucked a few to take with me as keepsakes! I also learned I don't like chives. Ew.
Clan Unseelie I was blown into the gates of an Arcane clan’s territory. The guards were not impressed but thankfully realized I wasn’t a threat. I was sent to a lovely inn nearby to recover. It was filled with all sorts of fellow travelers! We all swapped our stories until it was time for our next adventures.
The Pillar of The World I visited tbe historical site of the dieties, and found a pair of pearlcatchers stalking the perimeters. It was incredibly busy in the area, hundreds of pilgrims leaving offerings to the Earthshaker. These pearlcatchers were odd and interesting. So I followed them around.
"Seriously? We aren't tour guides." The darker one huffed. Beside her, the one with the fire eyes gave me an apologetic smile.
"Do you happen to have business here? We're on our way out..." I told them know, and the darker one reminded me that they were on their way to work. I thought they were being awfully rude, but let them be.
They just seemed so suspicious... and did one have a gun?!
