Council Member
Helia was hatched in a desert, alone and parentless. Being from the Fire Flight she survived, barely. The sun burned down on her little hatchling form and she crawled, licking the sand, catching the small insects that scurried over her blistered claws. The sun was so bright, and soon Helia's eyesight degraded, as she crawled.

Eventually, she gave out and was scooped up by a bird of prey. As she hung there, half dead, she felt her strength return to her, squinting her eyes open and seeing blurs of blue and green she was startled. Never had she seen such colours. And so she struggled free, plummeting to the ground.

She landed in a pool of water, and dragged herself to land, coming across a great beast with three heads. The creature tossed her aside and she plummeted off a cliff before being scooped up not by the claws of a bird but a dragon, Baseboost, to be precise. She was nursed back to health by Baseboost and his mate Subsidian.

As a Dragonet she was reticent, despite this she commanded all eyes on her and was quick to speak up when necessary. Subsidian noticed this and considered her a dead ringer for the council. And so she took her spot through combat, defeating the greying Firn. She has been a staple of the council since.

She is the second youngest by age but was actually part of the council before Indra.
