BAKER >adopted kiddo of Betshet and Neb-Qebh >sister of Renit Renit and Tuai are sorta front-siblings (imagine it like frontmen but not that) as some of the most well known and charismatic siblings in the village, which comes with being a kid from a very essential store like a bakery. Both kids are pretty adept at baking, an expected skill to have developed for just about anyone who had grown up in a baking family, but they are first and foremost endearing siblings who sell or provide bread, cakes and other baked goods to the visitors. They aren't really expected to help with the work, being allowed to be children whenever, but they both really enjoy just being wacky little guys running around with pastries and taking people's coins or goods. With very polarising personalities, they still compliment each other really well and that appears to sell. Renit is a charming oddball who has very little filter and knows just about anything about various types of grain, dirt, foreign currencies and insects, whom he loves to study, but he is far from a troublemaker. Tuai on the other hand is sweet, kind and mostly helpful, but is not afraid to insult just about any customer who arrives with a biased attitude, and then shoo them out with her ever-trusty oven peel if they do not cease. She is there to handle Renit and remove him from the premise if he starts weirding out foreign guests who are not accustomed to his ways, either by gentle persuasion or by force, latter of which is used only if he's being a menace, such as stealing people's coins that he claims "he doesn't have yet!" Tuai very clearly cares about Renit, and the feelings are shared the other way around. Tuai has no trouble standing up for her few-month younger brother and will fiercly protect him from any hostilities. It's just that she knows that sometimes stealing those coins is a really bad idea...at that moment in time! She can help him a bit later, such as while the customers are focused on the history of pyramidion-style cakes explained to them by Neb Qebh in painful detail. Tuai is most often seen wearing colourful and nicely embroidered dresses, tunics, chitons and himations, all of which she deems "very cute, comfortable and lovely", because that is the primary and honestly only important aspect of anyone's clothing choice. Renit, however, wears just about anything he can get his hands on, once even donning a hemp sack while his kilt was still drying on the clothing line, and running outside to catch that big grasshopper he had spotted, despite Betshet and Tuai's pleas to wait just a little while. Despite either of the kids' tastes in fashion, neither are afraid to get their hands and clothes dirty in some mud to catch those bugs or find some cool rocks because, after all, they are still just kids.
