Some dragons claim they've seen the old tree in the middle of the Grotto blink.
A spore plants itself on an old tree in the Tangled Woods, carried over from the spiraling labrynth the Nature flight calls home.
Years pass, and the lichen grown finishes its work, swallowing the tree whole, and out of its shell bursts this old dragon, still attached to the tree's roots, forever locked in place.
Whatever magic made the lichen created a grotto, forever clearing out the shadows in the area and creating a safe haven for all things arboreal. It feels as if a slice of the Viridian Labrynth has wormed its way into the Tangled Woods itself, with this dragon as it's anchor against the endless mists...

This burst of magic caused ripple effects yet unseen....

Within an unseen cave, an entrance carves itself into the rock and the treasures within begin to stir.

A young dragon is attacked by her own homeland, forever engulfed in bramble.
