Anael

Story

Anael cannot recall his past, he has no memory of anything...all he knows, is his name - Anael, but it is only one name of many as he was born with a mysterious power which the empress was quick to discover thanks to her own magical capabilities.
He is a whisperer, his powers lie not in combat, but in control, his voice, ears and eyes go far, reaching every part of this world and even beyond it, he can become anything wherever and whenever he desires, be he there or not, with a single word he shall be there in the form he desires, only by a few conditions is this power limited.
First - The form he desires must be there already, alive, dead, or inanimate, it does not matter, he will become it if he desires so
Second - The form may only last a day or until his name is spoken by the one who is before him, empress Regina may also recall him by speaking his name if she so desires
Third - One must have true understanding of who they are and what they desire to not be controlled by the whisperer, only those who truly believe in themselves are immune.
In addition to changing forms, he can speak within anyone's mind, no matter who or where they are, all he must know is their name.
Anael was found by Regina on her daily walk, an abandoned hatchling with only a name, destiny had brought this powerful dragon to Regina, that is all she knew.

Role

Anael is a master spy for the empress, he watches anyone she commands and discovers anything she needs, he is her eyes and ears, hands and legs, whatever she needs done, he will do it for his Whispers are limitless. Anael has no desire of his own, he only wishes to serve, to abide by the empress' commands, her words are the only ones he hears, everything else is irrelevant, only the empress matters.
