Master of disguise, Fluo’s wit is almost unmatched. She uses her natural appearance and skills to get what she wants, even if most of the time that’s simply referring to fish. Her knowledge of the local water is only rivaled by that of Volans, which makes her a bit of an overachiever in what she does. Competition is something she doesn’t like, even when that competition was considered a myth until revealed otherwise.

Fluo was another dragon found to have already been living in the area. Mistaken for some coin within the water of a lake, she unleashed an attack when provoked and taken away from her own hunt. After calming down, she saw potential in the people she encountered; there was strength in numbers.

The Veilspun agreed to join this silly school of guppies as long as she would be able to do most of the fishing; some say because she has treasure hidden away she keeps to herself. Despite this she does teach others what she can about the fish and the best ways to catch them- as long as they can keep up.
