Blissa... well, she's perfectly normal. She loves walks in the woods. She loves turning into wisps of magic that whisper into travelers' ears, telling them that there exists a woman who can turn wishes into reality. She loves being the subject of rumors, the kinds that make curious dragons peek into her neck of the woods. Most of all, she loves offering deals to these travelers. Deals with unclear terms.

There's always a catch. Blissa doesn't advertise that, of course, and most of the time she's already long gone by the time an angry traveler tries to confront her. Most of the deals don't even benefit her. Why does she even make them?
