Descended from one of the oldest lineages in the Shattered Plains, Neo and his sister Phantom are blessed with clairvoyant abilities exclusive to their bloodline. Much to his sister's chagrin, not long after their journey began, Neo put his abilities to use turning tricks. No dragon who crosses their path is immune to Neo's tricks, which often results in empty pockets for the poor sucker and more luxuries for Neo. "We've got to make treasure somehow!"
