ORIGIN
Celia came from what she can only describe as the embodiment of misery. From a young age, she understood her mother, Indra, didn't want her. She often saw her mother giving special treatment to her brothers. It finally dawned on her why she was so bitter towards her; She wasn't a Son. Her ancestral home would never go to her when she came of age. She grew resentful and sought to find some way to make herself useful, resorting to the training grounds for the soldiers and sometimes, the Guardian tower. After a heated argument, she couldn't take it anymore; It was too much. She desperately sought for a way out, even going as far as accepting the first person who offered. Celia wasn't aware that it would cost her two things; Herself and her freedom. At 14 she ran away with the stranger, who turned out to be a wealthy Lord by the name of Kuen, who was living on the outskirts of the Kasino in Locket's territory.
For two years, she lived in fear of him. He refused to do anything to help her with anything. Everything from keeping the 8,000 square foot mansion clean to even feeding the dogs that HE wanted so badly. He was a violent drunk, often throwing things and starting screaming matches for fun. Celia eventually told Edith, her mother-in-law about it. She sobbed and cried as she told her all the ordeals. Edith only laughed and told her it was how Men were and it was on her shoulders. Edith found it so humorous, she even sold her Son. She slept outside that night. At the end of two years, she found herself in the wine cellar, looking over all the bottles of wine. Quietly, she took one and headed upstairs; As soon as she neared Kuen's drunken self, she slammed down that bottle on his head. Instead of regret and fear, she felt relief and even a bit happy at what she had done. Celia returned home afterward and joined the Guardian group to pursue becoming a Blackhall. The training was harsh and daring, but eventually, she had done it.
Despite all the pain tolerance tests and odd missions, she found it peaceful for a while. Her flexible duties allowed her to help and spend more time with her people back in Dragonstone. At 21, a debutante was thrown for her; It became something she would never forget. She ran into a Void by the window and quickly whisked him away from prying eyes. They spoke for hours and hours, completely forgetting the debutante itself. She wouldn't see him again until later as a 'Priest'. Noli was his name, though he went under the alias 'Paul' and she constantly visited, despite the current state of Locket's law. She convinced him to join the Guardians and eventually also as a Blackhall. After five years, they were married and this relationship lasted for years. It was a happy marriage if she had to describe it. They started a family a few years after getting married and finding a way to survive. Their firstborn was Isla, their daughter and then Fathom, their Son. They lived peacefully, until Vex declared war and suddenly stated he was willing to negotiate to end it. She, her Partner and a few other Guardians tagged along to observe and intervene if anything went wrong. As soon as Noli turned around to look at her, Vex struck him quickly and put a dagger that kept his jaws open. She said nothing as she crouched down beside him and watched him slowly fade away. It left her cold and emotionally lonely forever.
She grew miserable and lonely no matter what she did. She could only pull herself together and do the bare minimum for their Young Son,Fathom. He was only a little over a year old when it happened and it only broke her even more when the realization hit her. He would never meet him. Celia would muse for a while how much they looked alike but it would bring her back into her misery. She soon pulled herself together after almost Ten months and did the best she could to give him a calm and comfortable life for him. She always speaks about the memories fondly, sometimes she'd even crack a small smile while speaking about it. However, as time passed, Alma began to roam closer and closer to her little corner of the world. Everyday he seemed to get nearer and nearer until she had enough and sent both Isla and Fathom away. Somewhere far and hidden away from prying eyes. Celia thought of visiting and sending letters, but her duties and everyone else as strictly against the idea; So she stayed put. Her misery and grief were powerful. It seemed to grow stronger day by day.. Until he returned to her. She never expected to one day see Noli at her doorsteps in the rain. She couldn't believe her eyes. They swiftly pulled each other into an embrace and began sobbing. Celia would be lying if she said she wanted to let go. She tearfully told Noli of everything that had happened so far and finally spoke about Alma. Alma was on the hunt for their Children, so she had sent them far away into the unknown. Somewhere she hoped would be safe for them. They do this for every nest and with each nest. Both knew they would never see them grow into adults, celebrate their life events or even know who they are. .
