A member of the Savanaclaw Dorm.

Generally found helping Ruggie with whatever he can and also taking up the habit of doing odd jobs, Sueoka is an up and coming promising student who tends to try his best to be at the top of his grades while also providing for the other students of the dorm. He has a similar mentality as Ruggie in that survival is key... and it never hurts to make a little change on the side. However, he does have morals and isn't quite as bad as Ruggie is when it comes to getting things to sell.

Still, he looks out for everyone and is generally laid back... he's also a bit of a doormat for many other students who go to him asking for some help.
