A stark figure of a Coatl dragon cast in black and moon colours, lined against the gently lit blooms of the Starwood strand. He paused on the lip of a roof, letting the drama of his presence sink in and then - he dived.
He striked like a silver lightning, his eyes glowing like cold moonlight as he sent his foe to the ground in a flurry of tail and claws.

"Who the hell are you?"

A question no one asked him in years. And to which there was no simple answer.
There used to be another Flight, another Deity - long annihlated and forgotten from history. Only he survives, a lone exalted soldier reborn from the last breath of a cold flame to carry on a long lost mission.
He scratched a symbol on the wall above his fallen foes - a familiar shape to anyone who ever raised their head to the night sky.

"I am the guardian of the travellers of the night"

He placed a bird skull in front of him, but the words he whispered were met with a silent answer from the dead remains. This was more than enough for him, as he soon disappeard in the shade cast between the buildings.
