OLD "curious, certainly. the parents are nothing like their spawn. could this mean life goes by nature and not nurture?"
tsarina has never been as big and bright and violent as imenai, but she makes up for it in many ways. a shimmering warrior to some, a cold scholar to others, she watches her kin with blood-red eyes, learning from their mistakes and silently laughing at their failures.
surely she is more than just a pawn of the cruelty threaded through bloodlines! does she hear the call as well? what are her motives for the meaninglessly brutal lifestyle she lives? surely she cannot be just another mindless killer among the pack... can she?
these questions remain unanswered. tsarina does not care. she sharpens her claws on the grittiest bones the wasteland regurgitates, and leaves once a month to bathe in the pristine southern ice-waters. along the way, she visits her grandmother zevenae, and watches the comings-and-goings of the wind flight with empty eyes.

born with the blood of a god running sluggishly through her veins, the aptly-named tsarina is regal and pristine. she is always spotless, and never shows any sort of emotion besides a smug sort of amusement. she has found unlikely power and prestige in this group of dragons - many of them older than her - and despite her inability to hear the call that the others hear, she remains with them, like her sister imenai.
heh. when it comes to imenai, it's easy to see how the two are sisters. one may be more violent and carefree, dealing love and death with wild abandon, but both share very similar characteristics. there is a certain trace of tsarina in the way imenai deflects; there is a certain trace of imenai in the way tsarina's claws always stay sharp. there's one thing both are identical in, however.
neither will ever talk about their sister snowfly.
back to tsarina. what a menacing presence! surely someone who gives off evil villain vibes this strongly can't actually be evil, right? what a cliche. that would be so boring. a dull plot...
oh well. nobody really knows what she's actually planning, gathering everyone's secrets like that, so i guess we'll find out. stay tuned, and all that. curious... curious indeed...
