oia agent. unfortunately born with a curse that turns anything he touches with his bare hands to dust. wore special gloves during childhood to combat this until he was old enough to get a surgical implant to cancel out his powers entirely, only to find a way to remove it. became horribly spiteful due to how little others wanted to associate with him because of his powers, especially because of a circulating rumor about how he killed his own mother, which was nothing short of untrue.

chases power in any form and can't stand when he has to listen to others. really, really wants to be the director of the OIA and looks up to the CEO. seeks his approval above all else and is willing to step on anyone it takes to get there. lived in a single parent household with his father, jin, and his sister, pachipachi.
