Biography

Silfa's story:

"I was created from threads taken from the sky, woven together to form a small pattern. My wings spread open for the first time many moons ago, on a cold day in November. I was gifted with a companion, a warm-hued, fluffy companion. He was a tundra named Tarnish. With him I raised my first three hatchlings; A green Tundra we named Light, a green Fae named Avacado (You can blame Tarnish's sense of humor), and a bright-colored tundra named Flame. We were simple, and we were happy. Until one day, I returned home from gathering, to find my mate and two of my hatchlings murdered by a rogue Serthis group.

I was distraught, and nearly collapsed in my grief. Something caught my eye, hiding behind a nearby bush, nearly invisible. It was my eldest son, Light, tucked away under the bush by Tarnish. It was quite possibly the last thing he ever did.

I raised Light the best that I could, but the events he had witnessed couldn't be forgotten. Soon I took in a young Imperial who called herself Echo. She was followed by a young Fae, Evadne, who talked little. Echo took a mate, a large, gently Imperial named Inias.

With all my Clan leader duties, I had little time to see what was happening to my son.
Light became twisted with the desire for revenge. He grew violent, and angry.

One night he left with a few of his clanmates to attempt to wipe out a nearby Serthis nest. He didn't succeed, and died there. A few of his clanmates slunk off to join other Flights, they knew better than to return to me. Light's mate Dusana was left with her hatchlings. In great distress, she fled the clan, I never learned of where she went.

Her hatchlings died without her care. All except one. Samhaine grew up to be a strong member of the clan. My grandson. He looks remarkably like my deceased mate, Tarnish.

Sometimes I look up at the sky, and when I see the sun I remember. I remember the beginning."

Silfa is Chiara Dawn's matriarch, and founded the clan after taking in Echo. (Soon followed by Evadne, Inias, and Remial.)
Silfa is renown for her fiery spirit. Never one to back down from a fight, Silfa will do anything to protect her clan mates. Her mate, Kazuma, calms her down.
