Said to have been born from will-o-wisps, Mireflies are firey, incorporeal spirits that float around the Mire, startling traveling dragons. Some are kind, benevolent ghosts; guiding lost adventurers out of danger or leading them to hidden treasures. Others are tricksters, leading dragons from the path into tangled woods and deep marshes. Some are more malevolent and might guide you to the jaws of a waiting toridae. Either way, these mysterious beings are not to be trifled with.

This Mirefly has the spirit of a warrior. They have traveled far from their home in the Mire seeking to grow in power and wisdom in order to become a knight. They are cautious, but confident, and they will happily fight anyone who challenges them. They collect trophies from their battles, such as helmets and broken blades, and stash them in their lair.
