It was a warm Summer day when Ethir was swept away from his beloved by the devastating, windy wake of a Gale Wolf. Without a map to guide him and no idea where he was, he wandered aimlessly for a month in his search to be with her once again.


Distraught, weary and about to pass out from exhaustion, he lies down to rest. While sleeping, he hears her calling to him, 'please come home, I miss you.' He wakes and begins looking for her frantically, still not spotting the one he loves, he sighs wistfully. He sets himself down ready to sleep again, until he spots a creature floating in the peripheral vision. It was a butterfly, a dual colored one. 'Is that-' “Faye?” The butterfly comes closer, eventually hovering in front of the dragon's face before landing gently on his nose when she recognizes Ethir. “It is you” the imperial murmurs with tears in his eyes, she replies by fluttering her wings.


Whispers on the West wind saying 'come home Ethir, please' accompanied by a soft melody of a lyre surrounds him. As he looks up, he sees a trail of glimmering orbs made up of floating warm light, the same ones that surround her… she has been searching for him too. Ethir smiles and turns to the familiar he recently found, telling her “let's go home”, Naira happily flutters her wings in response. He carefully tucks Faye into his mane, she will be returned to his loved one when he comes back safely. The thought of home fills his heart with warmth. 'I'll be there soon my love, just wait a little longer.' Spreading his wings, he takes flight into the early dawn sky, Ethir whispers back to the wind, “guide me home Inara”.
