• a b o u t •

a researcher recruited by heaven by total mistake, remiel is clan sanguinity's collector of tomes and other magical phenomena. she joined the clan very reluctantly— first as a boarder who exchanged her services for a place to stay. her lease has long expired, but she isn't leaving. the excuse remiel's using is that the clan needs her and that she'd be a bad researcher if she didn't share her knowledge, but faria thinks otherwise.

remiel doesn't talk about her past. not that she'd want to— she was orphaned by her parents because of her multiple eyes and forced to raise herself. after enrolling in a prestigious academy of magic (that she won't say the name of), remiel turned to books as a form of escapism and something to do. she didn't know what she'd do after, but she didn't think there'd be an after in her story. currently, she's finding a way to cauterise wounds through frost burns and plans to publish a paper on it.
