Going for one conquest a month was apparently not a thing we could do because we didn't book the dates fast enough (sorry guys!), but we did start off 2023 with a bunny hopping Conquest in January! Now what else did we do this year...

Our dom timeline so far...
🎉New Year Conquest
- Ranmaru attempts to book dates for a triple dom! Did we get it? Stay tuned.
- The booking begins! Triple dom, double dom and the rest of our push plans were polled.
- Dangit, no triple but we got two double doms planned to flex. The 2023 calendar is up!
🎉Double Dom Abbyversary
- We start voting for our future push themes.

• Ranmaru has attempted to bribed the community 6 times with Egg Time.
• We banished Ranmaru into the basement- then Peyp gave eggs too...

Quite a number of our programs have either gone dark to be revamped or have become inactive. At the same time there are other programs we have been thinking of getting up or just need a bit of tweaking. Here are our thoughts so far:

Goals & Incentives
One of the requirements for G&I is to exalt level 8s. However, the Dom Team has always emphasized on exalting around lvl 5-6 during conquests. G&I usually only shows up during conquest, encouraging to exalt at lvl 8 seems unwise. Although this requirement is covered by people who participate in Abiding Vanguard the team is still hesitant on keeping the lvl 8 badges in G&I, maybe the badges could be moved to AV instead?

Plague Profit Squad
PPS has always been meant to run at the end of the month during fest week where profit potential is high. Lately, the Dom Team has noticed a few of the profit/conquest pushes planned in the past runs during fest week. This is not an issue if the push is profit, PPS purpose is for profit after all. It is when Plague is conquesting while PPS is running at the same time that becomes conflicting.

Most often during conquesting, players would also be gaining a bit of profit to ensure there is a decent supply of funds to keep exalting; but if PPS is running at the same time it may encourage players to exalt at higher levels for higher profits-- investing more training time than necessary in a conquest.

This upcoming June double dom will certainly run into a fest week and it feels risky to have any profit programs running at the same time. So current plan is to NOT run PPS should there be any conquests at the end of the month.

League of Rot, Goals & Incentives badge revamp
G&I has always gone hand in hand with Army of Rot, and the junior League of Rot is meant to be a stepping stone into AoR.

Art & badges has always been a bit of a shortage for the Dom Team. Lately there have been thoughts in revamping the LoR badges into recolours with a noble-looking design like AoR. G&I are already recolours but as G&I has always been a partner to AoR a redesign to match the AoR badge style might look nice together. Thoughts?

Altar Room
AR went dark roughly around May because the program had not been doing so hot in a while. There were a few questions in the team as to what could have caused it: irregular reminders & openings, badge design, prizes etc. The team is open to changing the reward/prize system to help encourage people to participate but are not sure in what way... Any suggestions?

Abiding Vanguard
Lately the Dom Team has noticed that AV participation are a bit on the low side. Some guesses is due to player availability being low, incentives being low, too much time in between runs, etc. The team is looking for ideas to changing the reward/prize system to help encourage people to participate but are not sure in what way... Any suggestions?

Donation Drives
There has been a few donation drives done in the past, for prizes and for NOTN. The team is wondering if they are something that interests the community? Would smaller donation drives be more appealing (e.g donating baldwin mats)? What do you think?

We are aware that some inactive programs are not listed here, they are still being reworked but just not in the current line yet. They'll be worked on eventually once we get the above sorted out!
