tumblr_nti067xMTN1repldoo1_400.gif Wildclaw dragons have a (slightly warranted) reputation among other species for being brash and hooligan-like... perhaps even vicious. It may be a bit of an unfair stereotype, but there is no denying that their species' extremely hierarchical traditions and immense sense of pride lend themselves to aggressive personalities. Maranci can be somewhat prickly and perhaps thinks a little too much of himself, but fortunately he happens to consider physical fighting to be uncouth and so rather than challenging others to fights he prefers to settle disputes with a war of words and gossip. That being said, he is still a dragon to be feared, for he has one of the quicker wits and longer memories among the Ferndale clan, and some of the dragons there suspect he is unconsciously enchanting his words given the malaise his victims tend to suffer through after being the target of his vicious mockery. When not debating or gossiping, though, he chronicles the history and state of draconic society as he sees it - his musings can be characterized as fairly dark satire, and as a hobby he also creates heavily surreal and avant-garde sculptures and paintings.
