Biography
Under construction as we figure out where everyone goes and what they do!
The open foyer to The Koinobori is bright with natural light and full of bustling energy as the dragons of the clan begin their morning preparations, setting up the front desk to begin helping guests. But with a polite word or two, you’re able to go behind the long desk and to a much quieter corridor, mostly for clan members handling the clerical work. It’s cooler back here, and after a moment of searching you find what you were looking for: an Aberration is planted regally in the middle of the records den at a table, a pair of spectacles perched low on both of their snouts.
The head with curved horns is bent low over a large book, writing swiftly with a quill and squinting even through the thick lenses of their spectacles. Their sibling is arranging a shelf directly next to the desk, placed there probably for this exact purpose, and occasionally would lean over and correct their scribbling twin. It is this head that notices you standing in the entrance to the den, and greets you.
“Oh, hello!” Both heads snap towards you, the quickness of this movement a bit unsettling, despite their friendly voice. “Sorry we didn’t see you. Right sometimes gets too caught up in their work, and can be rude.”
This earns the Left head a bump on the horns from their twin, but the action isn’t particularly violent - rather like the play nips that hatchlings gave their clutch-mates. The Right then turns back to you, and their voice is a bit more hesitant; you get the impression the Right head doesn’t do much speaking, but is making the attempt for you and it is appreciated.
“What are you looking for?”
Zardoh is not really outgoing by nature, which is why when the resort opened they were relieved no one really wanted the job in the records office, providing them with a job they enjoyed without having to even think of starting conflict. They came to the Clan from the Tangled Wood, and both heads tend to get along, aside from some occasional snapping with words or jaws.
