Hello, hello, and welcome to the first annual Constellation Awards!
My name is Nebulos, and I'll be your host for this monumental event!
With your participation and help, we'll gather the best of the best to compete for the various titles and prizes on offer! Each contestant will compete not only for mundane prizes, but to be known as one of the Stars of Sornieth! Each winner will receive a unique badge to recognize their achievement!
So come one, come all, tell your relatives, bring your friends! Everyone is welcome to participate in both the nominations and voting for winners! See the post below for all the rules and requirements of the event, and further down for the restrictions for each category you can nominate for!

Rules and Regulations
Yes, yes, I know, they're so tedious, but any event worth its salt is in need of a few ground rules at the very least! I've put this little post together to give you an idea of what to expect and what is expected of participants!
On Nominations
-Unless otherwise specified, all dragon nominations should be your OWN dragons. You may not have any dragons to nominate for a given section, and that's fine! There will be SO MANY potential nominees, please don't feel the need to scramble to get something together for a category! I will have to narrow them down into a manageable voting pool as it is!
-All user nominations should be OTHER users.
-PLEASE only nominate once for each category! I have no way of enforcing this completely for some nominations, so I simply ask that you not cheat.
On Voting
-PLEASE only vote once for each category! You'll need to put your username and ID in for voting, so I hope to prevent anyone from overtly abusing the system. If you are unsure if you voted, you can absolutely fill out the voting forms again with the same username and ID as I will remove any duplicate votes.

Would you like to be one of the chosen few who whittle down our nominees for the voting stage? All you need to do is agree to [url=]these expectations[/url] and pay our reasonable 250kt/250g membership fee for a chance at shaping the future of these fine participants!
All prospective members should send in the following form with the fee and you'll be illuminated for the duration of the event! You'll even get a shiny badge!
((This "fee" is so that I don't get everyone trying to be a helper, and also so I can have some savings for future events. Please don't be mad. DX))
