Music lingered in the air as crackling erupted along in rhythm. Casanova resorted to playing her lyre when she was restless. The clutch should’ve hatched by now and worry began to overcome the Siren. Each melody played was sadder than the last as she stared at the three eggs.

Claws scraping against stone caught her attention, yellow eyes gazing into hers. "They will come when they are ready. Gods above know you’ve taken your sweet time as long as I’ve known you." Ballad snarled at his consort. Looking at the full moon that illuminated the room, peering through the windows, the female sighed. She would never admit he was right.

Neither had noticed the three sets of amethyst eyes that gaze rested upon them. Staring with a hunger that only a hunt could suffice. Each hoping the larger beasts would lead a hunt. Stomach's growled alerting the pair. Casanova smirked before leading the trio out of the abandoned castle. They needed to feed before the creatures within took over and devoured all in their path.

The Herd, much like the parasite thread, tracks lineage. Specifically, the lineage of the eleven starting dragons. One from each flight.

Unlike the parasite thread, it is not required that you Exalt the parent dragon, only that you erase this message from their bio after posting the hatch in this thread here.
