6gxRnnB.png When a dragon hatched in the Mandate's colors of gold and white, with many eyes to represent the ability to see many angles and achieve discernment worthy of an Immortal, the Realm rejoiced.

Emperor Huangdi had long been looking for the perfect successor, and took the hatch as a sign from the Heavens, and eagerly sent for the young hatchling to be raised in his court as his heir.

Currently, the Crown Prince is under the tutelage of the Guoshi, and spends most of their time outside of studying participating in the Imperial Court.

The Taizi is a quiet dragon, more given to silently listening and watching. In fact, when many members of the court stop to recall what the Taizi's true opinion on matters is, they realize they have no idea what the Taizi truly thinks. One thing is for sure, nothing escapes their many-eyed scrutiny, and court members dread being brought before the Crown Prince if they have any motive other than whole-heartedly serving the Emperor. How this ability will be used in the future- and what kind of ruler the Crown Prince will grow into- only time will tell.

A note: In the lore of the Imperial Court, "The Light" is the Mandate of Heaven. The Lightweaver is considered to be the metaphorical representation of the Mandate, and the Will of Heaven more broadly, rather than an actual literal being.

Non-lore note: I was I was breeding fodder and hatched a natural XYY multi-eye. I debated selling the hatching since it actually looks good, but then I realized I couldn't part with such gift from the RNG gods.
