Eve Baird

Guardian of the Librarian of Light

B I O G R A P H Y

Eve is the Guardian to the Librarian, Flynn. The pair had been traveling together to the Loom of Fate in the Hewn City to set up defences to protect the ancient and powerful artifact. Upon arrival they discovered they did not have the proper tools to set up adequate protections. Eve was tasked with guarding the Loom while Flynn hunted up the supplies.
Eve became a Nameless refugee when her string was cut on the Loom of Fate. She was shoved from her post guarding the loom in the Hewn City into the waters leading to the Tsunami Flats of the Sea of A Thousand Currents. The lady of the lake saved her from drowning and sent her back to the Hewn City. Since she didn’t remember her past she stumbled out of the City and ran into newly formed Clan Touchstone. Tas and Days took her in happily and she stayed with them as they moved the clan to Mirrorlight Promenade and then the Hewn City.
Flynn had been trapped in the Carrion Canyon of the lightning ruins after attempting to subvert some of the power of the Tempest Spire into a network of caves in the Hewn City leading to the Loom of Fate in order to make it more defensible. When he heard whisper of Eve’s fall and the cutting of the Loom he overpowered his captors using the very bones they had trapped him with and burst into the Hewn City to find her. When he found that she did not remember who she was Flynn begged Tas and Dayz to let him take her to the Loom to reweave the strands. The clan leaders happily allowed this sending Stonewash along as protection. Flynn rewove the Loom and Eve was once more herself. Flynn was convinced by Eve to stay with the clan that saved her. They’re now back on the rightful path spreading knowledge and truth everywhere they touch. Flynn is the Librarian, Eve his Guardian, together they research and discover artifacts and knowledge to share with the Clan.
Elynn is immediately drawn to the Clan Stone. He researches and dithers over it constantly muttering “I know it means something”. Before Flynn comes to a conclusion about the stone, fear strikes in the clan. A FoxFire Bramble vine has grown into Light territory, hugging through the shadows and sliding it’s way into the Hewn City. The bramble roots sought out the darkest of places and broke into a pocket of shadow that housed a Remnant of the Shade.
