I have resources here and there, so Rax has a very unstable magical environment which just means stuff happens and its not suppose to, like you, you shouldn't be here but the instability makes it so easy to get in and hard to get out.

Instead of just moving we make technology to stabilize it but the tech to stabilize whatever is wonky hasn't been working and the engineers cant get a cover story straight.
