Though She may look like a regular Obelisk,
I assure you she is far from it.
Never speaking and Rarely seen very far from the Ocean, One may think she is just a shy young lady with a love for the water and though they are somewhat correct...
They are never prepared for the truth.
You see, Mandarin did not start her life as an Obelisk, oh no... She started life as a Fish- A Mandarin Goby to be exact. This may be is the reason she has No wings, they never formed when she changed.

You may ask yourself "How the heck did a Fish turn into a dragon?" or, if you are not new to the Almighty Clan you would probably ask yourself "How did Membrane turn a fish into a dragon?
If you asked the second question, you would get an answer because Membrane did in fact turn a fish into this colorful dragon. Why?
Because he wanted to see if he could.
