Mate of Sithis. Nialta is fascinated by magic, especially the kinds of spells that are unpredictable and dangerous. Her first child, Gennet, was badly deformed by a spell Nialta cast while she was nesting.

If anything, that has made Nialta's interest in the arcane arts even stronger. Versa worries for her, especially since no one trusts her mate, Sithis, very much.
