Neo is a strange Fae. He is generally calm and silent, usually expressing himself only with his frills and very few words. He is Nyra's younger brother, and he's quick to protect her despite what she does to protect him. He's no troublemaker, usually found with his nose in a book. The small dragon, despite being easily not seen, is also relatively self-conscious, and it's quick to see why.

Unlike many Fae, Neo's wingspan is incredibly small. So small when compared to his body size that all they're really good for is floating on water, something not really liked by many Faes he's met. He usually keeps them folded, and solely relies on his magic reserves to fly, with many comparing him to a wingless Spiral whether it's through teasing or just trying to find a way to describe what he does. When not in his lair, he often rides his Snowfall Elk from place to place, riding on other dragons when it's required that he leave the lair.

Neo's current role is to help his sister with bug catching, but when he's not busy doing that, he can be seen writing down the amount of treasure and gems in the lair's hoard. He also catalogues the Vault, writing when things are added or taken out.
