Oops! All Hair! (theres context i swear)

Selene (a cresselia in human forme) is just enjoying the peace of night. She is sitting with her younger brother, Nin. Due to an accident, her hair gets cut at her ponytail by this darkrai (genuine accident, it happens more often than one would expect). She is jokingly mad and, eventually, throws the bundle of hair at him. This was, for some reason, a bad idea. The hair suspends itself in the air in a ring and tries to suck the two pokemon in. They get far enough away to try and figure out what to do.
Look, I don't feel like writing it all down but a particularly chaotic influence (the pair's mother) suggested that the Void might want to come to life. They decide to throw a dragon egg in.
Space and the void appear. A spiral dragon of the stars is born.
ok lore over but this wouldve been SO COOL as a gen1 but an xyy gen1??? id be broke dude (i already am)
