Biography
Originally Black/White/Ice
1. Spring/Cornflower/Abyss
2. Grape/Lemon/Peacock (ew)
3. tan/spring/crimson
An absolutely terrifying sight if you're not familiar with the Boneyard, Vida actually runs a camp for pilgrims to stop and rest along with her partner Ario. While this scarred old Guardian may look like she's all bark and no bite, she also spent decades in the Boneguard as a colonel and can defend her little rest stop with a vengeance. Pilgrims are advised to keep an eye out for her and Ario -- their services are some of the best they can get in the desert. Vida also avidly breeds and trains molten wartoads and makes a decent secondary income selling tadpoles for use as protectors. Her prize stud Bubo comes from a long and distinguished working wartoad bloodline, and her reputation is sterling among warriors and adventurers looking for a toad companion.
Lately, Vida has had her claws full chasing an increasingly steady stream of interlopers away from the camp, many of whom keep coming back. Usually with intruders it's enough to charge them or, worst case, give them a thwack over the head that they won't soon forget, but these intruders seem to be especially determined. She's never seen this many scrappy young rogue Necromancers before; do the old guard really have this little control over their charges? If she manages to find the senior Necromancer in charge of this unruly entourage, she'll have to give them a good tongue-lashing.
