Biography
Ryho and Tephra, the two heads of a rocky Abberation body. Fantasia hasn't expected that a late night experiment in transmutation would result in the creation of a hatchling but here we are. Fantasia was not expecting to be a parent but she and Summer had talked about adopting a child before, so it wasn't an unwelcome surprise.
Ryho and Tephra aren't a normal dragon by any means. First off, they're not flesh and blood but instead mostly rock with some mycelium growing across their body and inbetween their scales. They can turn to stone, a trait more commonly associated with Obeslisks. Fantasia wonders if she accidentally put some of Kirin or Ruishi's fur in the concoction.
As soon as the two were able to speak, it was very clear that they were wildly different dragons. Ryho is contemplative and quiet, with a tendency to speak in soft but long-winded and complex sentences. Ryho has a deep love of all thins turtles and is the reason why the pair's familiar is a Terra Toroise named Crumble. Tephra argued that a tortoise is not a turtle and therefor undeserving of Ryho's love, Ryho retorted that "A beast in a shell, reptilian in nature but stone in appearance, is a wonderful creation and the mere idea that an arbitrary classification will make me love them less is absurd." Tephra succeeded the win to him.
Tephra herself is a much more blunt and loud dragon, the toothy grin to Ryho's placid smile. She is the kind of dragon that can barrel through anything, no matter what's in her way. Surprisingly, she talks even less than Ryho, but the words she says are much louder and to the point. She is a big fan of making noises as a communication method instead. Ryho is one of the only people that can accurately decipher what she's chirping about, bit some Coatls can get the general gist. Fantasia wonders who even taught her Coatl.
Still, they both love sneaking into Fantasia's room in The Tower and playing in the transmutive goops and slime. When caught, they'll claim that it reminds them of the Primordial Soup from whence they came. Fantasia is not sure whether to be disturbed or fascinated by this statement.

Quote:
Aberration hatchlings are some of my favorite dragons, and this one is very well designed and fits the "creature of living stone" look you're going for nicely. The purple eyes are great with the dark grey scheme of the dragon. The lore is great too- ryho's description of a tortoise ("A beast in a shell, reptilian in nature but stone in appearance, is a wonderful creation...") is especially delightful and immediately sells the character's personality.
