I got so excited when I saw Poirot!! you did a FANTASTIC job at portraying him; male snapper is a great choice for his breed, and honestly the wise whiskers exist on this site for the sole use of this dragon. And I love his familiar...to me he looks like Poirot in general/from the books, not linked to a particular film or television production, but I DID have the kneejerk of thinking David Suchet would be in his bio ref--maybe that's just because I watched the series with my mom though. she has VERY strong opinions about proper poirot depictions. I think she'd be satisfied with this dapper snapper
