Cicada of the Valley
What other dragons assume as a meager cicada, chirping in the waning hours, was none other than a simple Veilspun, singing her songs and buzzing her wings. This was Violaceus, the ancient that some called "too noisy", and others called "calming". She was smaller than average veilspuns, but she was just as rough with them as a normal sized bug dragon. Her demeanor was one of friendliness, but also of playful pranks, often whizzing by dragons with her wings buzzing, to surprise or irritate them. She found it fun, though once caught, she snaps her wings to get them off. The noise that gets produced from such an action is only made to startle those who catch her in the act, loud and sharp like lightning.
She came into the valley at a young age, settling amongst the starwood trees of her new home. of course, as she aged, she learned how to become a 'pest' to others, playing games with others but also singing to the waning hours of day.
