Biography
- Opal was born with a condition that leaves her as fragile as a porcelain doll
- she tends to get hurt more easily than most dragons and so stays locked up in the library under Louisa's tight supervision
- Opal, however, enjoys gardening and frequently sneaks out to spend time with Essa and Gleam- this had ended poorly for her before but she doesn't care
- she and Kya are obviously on very close terms with Kya being the one who deals with her various injuries and illnesses
- Opal wants to prove to the clan that she's not weak- but she also acknowledges the limits that come with her disability
- it was hard to come to terms with the fact that she couldn't be a big time adventurer, but naturally, that left her to bond with Vortex- who is a stunt master
