Biography

Original Coli team: Bristlebird - Mage Healer

On the original coliseum trio - and first clan members - Capercaillie, Bristlebird and Oryx
Oryx was on the original coliseum and exploration team, and still is! He seems to be slowly retiring though, ever since he trained Velvet and maybe he regrets that. Something about this ambitious and aloof skydancer makes an old ridgeback suspicious, on the battlefield and in clan meetings. Capercaillie, the tank of the original team made an effort to keep harm away from Oryx and especially Bristlebird until they were strong enough, but in focusing on that she never quite developed fighting abilities of her own, always the first to charge into battle but never the one to eliminate an enemy. Her days on the battlefield ended long ago, trainees and ultimately velvet filled the spot she left. Bristlebird is still needed when dangerous venues are explored, a mage that is a bit to carefree maybe, even if the battlefield made her pay more attention over the years, there might be moments where you need healing magic and Bristlle would cast wind magic right before your eyes instead of helping you, and an "whoops sorry" won't mend your scratchh wounds.
