Biography

This dragon is not eligible for the Watermelons Unite lineage, due to her colours. But with the right mate, her children could be!

"A mycelium is a network of fungal threads or hyphae. Mycelia often grow underground but can also thrive in other places such as rotting tree trunks. A single spore can develop into a mycelium. The fruiting bodies of fungi, such as mushrooms, can sprout from a mycelium."

Tendergold waits with bated breath for the day that one of her children -- or even one of her children's children -- hatches from their watermelon completely healthy, untouched by the wretched rot of their ancestors...

Mycelium breaks through the shell of her watermelon egg, a beautiful, unblemished fruit. Born to an odd combination of a Watermelon and a Root, her parents fretted that the rot that plagued Tendergold's bloodline would reach Mycelium even quicker.

The rot did come, much faster than any others. But, just as fast as it had come, it stopped. Leaving Mycelium wrapped in roots that climbed her legs and wings, curled around her neck.

She had been spared from the decay, most likely a product of her father's heritage. The Root Veggies did not just cover potatoes and carrots, after all, and the fungal mycelia roots growing through her veins fought back against the forgein infection.

Descendant of Waretelomn and Sandia

I am a warrior of the Watermelon Lineage! I was born and have trained hard to face the Beastclans that threaten to consume all of the watermelons on Sornieth. Alongside participating in fierce battle, I also help with the regrowth of the waning watermelon population, and to help my lineage grow so that we will have the strength to stop the Beastclans once and for all. Let there be no hatchling who will never taste the sweetness of a summer watermelon! To learn more, please click the melon badge!

Level 5 is required for registry. Also, to be registered, a melon must have at least one color in the Jade - Moss range, and another in the Rust - Rose range.

Descendant of Puck

~*If we shadows have offended, Think but this and all is mended*~

I am from A Midsummer Night’s Lineage! Puck is a joker, a prankster, a prince of the Fae -- and his children share his mischievous mind, always playing tricks and causing havoc, speaking in riddles and rhyme. Having more than one of his ilk in a single lair is usually too much for a clan to handle, which is why Puck is sending his youngsters off to torment other lairs with their innocent antics and merrymaking mirth. If you're looking for a whimsical dragon to lighten up your lair, look no farther than this lineage! Click the button to learn more!

Descendant of Onion

Welcome to the Root Veggie Lineage! Onion came to her new home lair the same way many beloved lore dragons do -- as a fodder-price baby on the Auction House. Her owner thought of her as the perfect baby hatchling, and she only got better once she was fully-grown, so they decided to begin a lineage dedicated to her and her sister, Shallot.
