When Aether dragons landed back on Sornieth, several of them began their studies across the planet. Some of them were intrigued by the everbloom glades of Viridian Labyrinth, and especially - Nature interaction with other elements and territories. So they settled on the borders of the Labyrinth, where it was close to Dragonhome, Tangled Wood and Pox Consulate. They called the place Verdant Highlands.

In Verdant Highlands several elemental representatives hold festivals and events to celebrate each of elementals. There, Aethers befriended the representatives and began gather lots of knowledge about the world. The Aethers became intelligent and close to the other elemental territories location of their home let them travel more. This is how they gained their name, Verdant Highborn.
