Aloha, kakahiaka, means good morning to you! Moana means ocean, and she intends to keep the dreamscape's beaches as beautiful as herself. At the very edge of The Dreamscape's western portion, lies a beautiful tropical paradise full of color. A glimmering turquoise sea, with a beautiful, vibrant rainbow reef below the water's surface, with many varieties of colorful wildlife to match. You must be bright to blend in here!

The sandy shore has pearly shells scattered sparingly across it. Some may be buried! There's even a cheesy little love song I'll sing for you... Pearly shells, by the ocean, covering the shore~ When I see them, my heart tells me that I love you! More than all, those little pearly shells! I have plenty more sweet little songs, some from a world I've only dreamt of. I believe it to be real somewhere, out there across the many galaxies and multiverses.

As for her place in the Dreamcatcher's arsenal of personal paradises, I think you can already see why she's in this Flight of dreams. Many of us dream of a beautiful, sunny tropical paradise with a brightly colored sea, perfect for a vacation. Or, to some, it may be the sights of what they call home. Getting all choked up by the memories, homesickness may overtake them, some tears may begin to flow. It's hard to leave either way...

Okay. So I grew up in Hawai'i, and had to leave because parents' employers were jerks and it was simply too expensive to stay, as those employers also happened to be our landlords. And I(snek) get teary eyed, horribly homesick, whenever I remember my island home. Like mentioned earlier, I'm afraid I'd never be able to 'simply vacation' there. I'd want to just stay too badly. I'm a crazy person who wants to cry every time they see a tropical beach in a commercial on TV or something.

So yeah, this dragon was inspired by me being a little baby who wants to go back home. Really bad. I miss Oahu more than I can say. From Hukilau beach to Honolulu, to my fourth grade field trip to the Big Island, I miss that little island chain more than I ever would've imagined. No matter where I move to, Hawai'i will always be where I consider 'home'. Wah.

Watch me be at the verge of tears whenever I hear someone playing Hawaiian music. On a happier note, I get pretty excited whenever I see some snack or something I haven't seen since leaving home, you never know what things are basically exclusive to your home until you have to leave and you're just like "Wait, [thing] isn't universal???" I didn't know Meadow Gold was a pretty much Hawai'i exclusive brand. Hawaiian Sun canned drinks, Maui Onion chips. Musubi. Actually flavorful pineapple.
