Myosotis was the middle child of his clutch and loved dearly by his mother... only until his baby sister hatched. From then on, his relationship with Snare was aloof on the best of days, chillingly cold at worst. Surprisingly, it was his father who swooped in as the parental figure and wanted a relationship, taking the child along to his workshop as an earnest little assistant. Myosotis developed a moody independence as he matured, with one head saucy and disinterested, the other dour, but Alii treated him like a promising apprentice and taught him much in the ways of alchemy. The young aberration even shows promise in artificing, in Razlia's opinion, and so Alii encouraged his boy to spend time helping her, too. He learned young to avoid the Monarch and his grandmother, the Heir, as Alii likes to claim his son is now blood-related to the Heir and her seat. This drew ire from the leaders of the Laospí straight to Myosotis, and he could always expect a dark and warning glare from them if he met their eyes.

Myosotis's talents came at a good time, as the Laospí had just decided to migrate away from the brutal Plaguelands to find a better home. Myosotis immediately joined his father in voting for Lightning. Alii was able to convince the majority of the clan of Lightning's importance, smoothly gliding past the concerns of an entirely new sort of danger the Laospí were not prepared for. Myosotis had barely finished growing when the Laospí packed up what they could carry and left behind what they couldn't. He was pleased to help Alii with his alchemical equipment and Razlia with her tools, and during the journey he got to know Ouro and Kalli rather well. By the time the Laospí had settled down, Myosotis had started his forays into fluid dynamics and power systems, to the great surprise and pleasure of the intellectuals in the clan. He took up work with Razlia and Ouro as the creative force behind a powerful new team of roboticists and artificers.
