Biography

Uh-oh, looks like this brave explorer wandered a little too far from his lair (107179, Shadowrunner), and now he's off to see the world! If ever you feel the urge to exalt, he'd really appreciate it if you could just return him home instead, or to the 'Dragons Off To See The World' thread, here.

While visiting Aava's clan in the Tsunami flats the old warrior Redghost invited Nemo to battle along side him.

Having gained the knowledge of battle, Nemo sought to increase his strength and power. He set out to learn the ways of a mercenary and fighter. He left the wastelands of the Plague flight and found himself on the edge of The Viridian Labyrinth. He fought through every field, every forest until he nearly collapsed in the throws of the mire.

The clan leader of the Soren Clan, Mezno was out training with his students when he found Nemo. Nemo was easily accepted into the clan. He loved the diversity and getting to know the other guardians. He definitely found himself in the right place among a loving family of dragons, and intelligent noble warriors. They even blessed his wings with a Current Scroll. He lived here for several months and he lured Aquilla to his side and fathered some hatchlings. After a while, he just became a little too comfortable... He tried to avoid being a homebody. So after his babies grew up, he left his clan to go find more training elsewhere. So while everyone was sleeping, he sneaked out. And it seems someone else had the same idea. He and Daphiel agreed to trek across the Nature region together and would split up once they reach the edge.

Eventually his wings took him to the bright land of the Sunbeam Ruins. Exhausted, and starving he scrounged for any bit of a morsel with Daphiel. In his search, he encountered two baby guardians playing within the crumbling walls of the Mirrorlight Promenade. Reminded of his own children, and feeling just the slightest homesick, he made friends with the babies and saw them home to their family. Welcome and cared for by the eclectic and rowdy family, he learned the art of a clever mind in a battle and how to win them without always resulting to bloodshed.

After moving on again, Nemo found himself back in the land of his birth just in time to find himself arriving amidst preparations for the Mistral Jamboree, which helped lift his spirits after having to leave behind those he considered to be family.

While exploring the Reedcleft Ascent, he came across a rather frantic looking Coatl. At first Nemo thought that his faded blue coloring was due to stress, but after talking with him he discovered it was his natural plumage. The reason for his distress however was that Cobalt was both his clan's trainer, as well as one of its advisors. Normally this wasn't a problem, but with the whole clan in a disorganized tizzy from Jamboree preparations, he was finding it impossible to do either job.

At this point, Nemo brought up his past training with other clans throughout his travels, and offered his assistance, which Cobalt graciously accepted, promising that for his help, he'd be able to stay with his clan for as long as he wanted.

As long as he wanted turned into nearly a full month, and after helping train a fair share of the clan's youngsters and fathering five of his own (three of whom were with the Clan Matriarch, who'd been rather impressed by his skills) his wanderlust returned and it was time to move on. However on his way out, he was rather baffled when he crossed paths with two dragons, nearly identical to himself coming to settle with the clan for a time.

Strange times indeed. His travels brought him to the steppes where bamboo grew tall. There he was drawn in by the sounds of music and found a clan of dragons all making music together. After all of the wandering he'd done, Nemo was amused to find something he'd never seen before. He asked if he could stay and listen for a while, and offered to share his experience in battle in return. The WindSwept Chorus welcomed him openly.

He found quite the task for himself, as he found the Chorus completely empty of fighters. After many weeks spent training the clan to defend themselves and take down larger targets. In return, Nemo learned that he actually had a passable baritone singing voice.

Eventually, however, the calm of the WindSwept chorus gave way to his need to see the world, and he bid the gentle dragons a fond farewell.

Nemo found himself in a bitter cold land with an injured wing and an empty stomach. This territory was much different than all he had previously experienced.
While exploring this new place, he found a clan that was less than friendly. They did not seem quite as open to outsiders as his past friends did. But surprisingly, he was allowed to stay a few nights. The leader explained some of their own kind when in need had recieved help from a clan they did not know.
So at least they had some good morals. But this clan was much too aloof for Nemo's taste. He stayed as long as he had to in order to gain his strength, then thanked the clan and went on his way.

After a long and tiring journey, Nemo wandered into the Viridian Labyrinth, where a small but welcoming clan invited him to stay and rest for awhile. He gladly accepted, helping to stock up the clan's food stores a bit as thanks before continuing on his way.

After about a week, Nemo stumbled across the ThatOldMan's lair, and as he really liked it there, he's decided too stay permanately
