Phony fortune teller who really likes to up the theatrics while he scams and swindles people and I think it's really funny of him
Might have to ask about the subspecies later. They seem cool

Accidentally got scammed himself some years ago and bought a cursed/haunted lamp. After a while he begrudgingly got attached to it and now it sometimes even helps him scam other people.

Steer clear of his part of the woods unless you wanna get swindled or roped into doing his dirty work/odd jobs
