Unlike opal, he hates parties and is mostly with her due to them together being the ideal pretty couple, opal has known this from the very start and realized it just wasnt meant to be. REGARDLESS, they both stay loyal to each other and despite arguing quite a lot, after all, its bond to happen in their situation- They still both have a mutual respect for each other.
