Penumbra, son of Eclipse and Evenfall, followed in the footsteps of his ancestors. He studies the supernatural, the mystic, the unknown. As a hatchling, he was awestruck by the wisps that are drawn to his mother. He can feel the energy at the ruins that Evenfall would take him to, and he loves learning the stories of these ancient places. Born near the Hewn City, he often explores the ruins in search of buried secrets.

Eclipse took his children to stargaze when they were young and Penumbra still fondly remembers the wonder he felt when first looking up at the stars. He daydreams about what space must be like, and what kinds of life might live on other planets in the universe.

Penumbra first fell in love with a Guardian female named GraceSkelly. She was lovely, with beautiful pearl colored markings that contrasted nicely with her darker coloring. Her met her while exploring the ancient sites of the Sunbeam Ruins, and the two nested a clutch there. This resulted in three sons, one of which (Dusk) has stayed at home to learn from his father.
