To compliment his partner's role, Awol makes sure that no dragon leaves the clan without his approval. He paroles the clan walls at all times, making sure everyone is safe. There's no doubt that he would immediately drop everything if one of his clan mates were in trouble. He takes great pride in his role and doesn't let anyone talk down to him, which can create problems with authority.
