Zew

Uh-oh, looks like this seeker wandered a little too far from his home lair (KingVulture, 437722), and now he's off to see the world! If you ever feel the need to exalt, he'd really appreciate it if you could just return him to the home lair, to the “Dragons Off To See The World” thread, here, or to the hub if you don't want another dragon in return. Please refrain from exalting him!

Important note: Please only trade this dragon on travelling dragon threads, as opposed to places such as the Auction House.

Zew would like to receive a permanent home someday, so if you'd like to adopt him after he's been travelling long enough, just let his owner know!

Zew is seeking something.

Not necessarily a charge, like most Guardians his age - but something he can do. When he became an Ambassador, he didn't really select anything in particular that he wanted to do during his travels, so now he seeks a fine opportunity to see what other clans do.

Zew hadn't traveled far before realizing he saw nothing of note. That changed when he entered the Hewn City Hellmouth. The swinging swarm of Veilspun wasn't the weird part. Just about everything else was. There was a small outpost of ghost hunters, hardly visible due to the way the Hewn City's dust mingled with the Ruins' blinding sunlight. Two of them looked so old and grizzled Zew could have sworn they could be ghosts themselves.

He met a few other travelers at the outpost in the Hellmouth. Two were from the ghost hunters' clan, having just emerged from hiding to fly somewhere less haunted. The other was a Pearlcatcher hen slightly younger than him. She greeted him first. "Anything fun to do around here?"

The little hen's voice was so airy Zew would have been startled if she wasn't right in front of him. "Not a thing," he replied. "In fact, I haven't seen anything interesting throughout my trip so far."

"Neither have I. In the other lairs I've visited, other travelers would tell wild tales of their adventures, but not here. Are you perchance fresh on the road too?"

"I am," the Guardian answered. "What, am I boring because I don't have a story for you?"

"Not at all! I'm Naners, by the way. Nice to meet you!"

"Zew. Pleasure's all mine."

"Do you…do you want to travel together, maybe find something that is interesting?" Naners caressed her pearl in a slightly nervous manner.

"Sure, it's worth a shot. Let's have some fun."
