Snake daddy. Literally. Do not touch his children or he will torment you forever. Mutating dragons doesn't really work when they're already sort of like snakes.... So he had decided that all dragons count as his children. Better him than Shubby, after all.

His poison is violently lethal if it touches bare skin. This is not a problem for dragons, so it's irrelevant outside of hunting.

Rarely malicious, only getting mean when hungry.
